Since 1994, the group has been involved in a wide range of projects, including Due Diligence and Data Rooms for The National Coal Board, and Saga Petroleum, the cataloguing and scanning of the UK Continental Shelf well data, the scanning of contract, accounts, legal and public access documentation, technical reports and drawings and index and scan-on-demand services for local Councils, oil companies, financial, re-insurance, pension, defence and media organisations, fire authorities, museums, catering, manufacturers, telecommunications, private individuals and more.
SpectrumITech was established as a limited company in 2002 as part of the Spectrum group of companies.
In 2012, SpectrumITech became an independent company and relocated to its current premises in Biggin Hill, between Bromley and Westerham in Kent, SE London.
We scan, index and OCR (convert printed text to searchable image format) and will process as few as 10 drawings to thousands of documents.
We specialise in bespoke data management projects, combining large and small format, non-contact and photographic scanning with direct uploading on to clients' servers if required.
We provide data management services for large and small organisations and private individuals alike and we are able to tailor our processes to meet our clients' requirements.
We process ongoing current and legacy data to allow you immediate online access and ultimate archival of the original hard copy, freeing up valuable office space.
